Mark and the team provide a seamless process for your new home. Our journey takes you from ideas and concepts through to 3D visuals, interior design and fixed-price contracts. We take care of the subdividing, consent, interior design, architectural and engineering design to provide you with a seamless turnkey process.
Our suppliers and subcontractors are leaders in their field which is part of our quality assurance process. Our processes are tried and tested and our site team have worked together for more than 15 years. We provide a quality, practical, creative and cost-effective solution to a range of budgets. We are proud of what we produce and enjoy what we do.
In 2014, we tested our product at the Regional Master Builders awards. We have since been awarded Gold, Gold Reserve, Sustainability, Local Category (best in Auckland) and National Awards.
