The Mead Home is a solid two-level structure that has been a dream come true. Situated in Glendowie with stunning sea views, an alfresco living with indoor, outdoor flow was essential.
The Mead home has been described as a modern luxury, featuring monopitch roofing and contemporary cladding that highlights the impressive exterior, both from the street and from the privacy of the back lawn. A contemporary feel runs through the entire property, with tones of plastered brick and cedar weather boards giving a fresh and natural feel to the home. Exposed rafters are a winning feature of the master bedroom, which enhances the feeling of open space. Designer bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers are complemented by tones of grey and white give a feeling of natural New Zealand rocky landscapes.
The Mead home has been designed as an open and spacious sanctuary that accommodates family gatherings as there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three interior living areas.
