This 252 sqm home is nestled in the lush, semi-rural Wainoni Heights area of Greenhithe, and combines modern styling with creative thinking. The client’s desire was to subdivide their plot and create a new, low maintenance residence that was both eminently liveable and extremely practical.
A structure of timber level beams is thoughtfully enhanced with vertical larch timber finishing and painted brick cladding. The comfortable interior living area belies the exterior dimensions. In accordance with the client’s wishes there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study and a separate lounge. The innate indoor/outdoor flow makes the most of an existing swimming pool.
