Following on from our success in 2014 and 2015 ,Waller Projects is delighted to announce in 2016 we have 3 exciting entries to the Master Builders House of The Year awards. These entries are once again of the highest quality and the first house we are previewing is in Mangere Bridge and it showcases its striking beauty with random width, black western red cedar cladding from Herman Pacific. The interior is very modern with clean lines and strong natural tones including polished concrete floors, solid oak staircase and cedar screens. The house is very energy efficient with solar, word fired burner ,water re-use tanks and passive heating from the concrete floor. We love the use of recycling and the book shelf is made from Rimu salvaged from another house we took apart in town and the vanities and bedhead feature walls are salvaged timber from the Kauri Warehouse.Overall this compliments our award winner sitting next door and will be sure to impress the judges .
